A standard 50-minute sessions start at $300/Session.
Please note that we do not accept insurance directly. Many of our clients are able to get partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services, depending on their plan.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for women with lower incomes. If cost is a concern, we also encourage clients to consider bi-weekly or monthly sessions.
In the beginning, we recommend weekly sessions for the first 4 weeks to build momentum and trust. After that, your therapist will collaborate with you to determine the best frequency—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—based on your needs, budget, and goals.
Every client is different. Progress depends on your goals, commitment, and willingness to practice new skills outside of session. Your therapist will create a personalized care plan with you, including an estimate of the time it may take to meet your goals.
